Wade Creswell joined the Alliance team in 2014 as president and CEO. Previously he served as VP of development, public relations, and health services at Michael Dunn Center, one of Roane County's largest employers. He is a recipient of the Roane Chamber Young Professional Award, a former Roane Chamber board member, and served on the Kingston City Council, where he also served as vice mayor. Wade is also a graduate of Leadership Roane County (2004) and East Tennessee Regional Leadership (2015).

Pam May joined the team in 2008, promoting Roane Alliance and the county to potential industry, visitors and retirees. Pam is a Certified Tennessee Tourism Professional (CTTP) and Tourism Marketing Professional (TMP), serving as treasurer on the Middle East Tennessee Tourism Council (METTC). Pam is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Leadership Roane County. She enjoys boating on Watts Bar Lake with her family or live music at local venues.

Justin Snow joined the Alliance team in 2017.  Previously, he spent 17 years working for AT&T in the telecommunications industry.  He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University where he earned a BS in Business Administration and played on the baseball team.  Justin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and coaching his son’s sports teams.

Teresa Jackson has served on the Alliance team since 1999. She attended the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Roane County and completed Tennessee Basic Economic Development. She serves on the Community Advisory Committee for Roane Academy, and is Roane's ThreeStar program coordinator. Teresa enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time with her grandchildren.

Courtney Briley joined the team in May 2016. A native of Roane County, Courtney received her BS from Middle Tennessee State University in recording industry-music business with a minor in public relations. Courtney enjoys filmmaking, creative writing and singing/performing on stage in community theater productions.

Sam Jones joined the Alliance Team in May 2016. She is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Roane County and a 2011 graduate of the University of Tennessee where she earned a BS in Public Relations. Prior to finding her home in #RoaneSweetRoane, she worked in marketing & tourism for the Oak Ridge CVB. Sam enjoys all things social - social media, live music & events, and spending time with her fiance, Chris. She keeps a record player in her office, and you'll find her working on creative projects at all times. She loves showing the world how to #SoakInRoane.

Allen Lutz joined the team in 2008. He was the education director for Junior Achievement of East Tennessee and the first director of JA BizTown prior to coming to the Alliance. He was also a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army, serving on active duty 21 years. Allen has a MBA from the University of New Orleans and is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Roane County.

Fiscal Services and Office Manager Cary Parten joined the team in 2016. Cary has held positions in IT management, finance and telecommunications, from Colorado to Tennessee. Cary is a graduate of Colorado Tech with a BS in business management. He enjoys helping others with technology and working on his family farm in Loudon County.

Alix Riter is the newest member of the team.  Alix is a native of Roane County and a graduate of Roane State Community College with an A.S. in Business Management.  She is a TnAchieves mentor and previously worked at Proton Power.  Alix stays busy with two boys active in sports and enjoys the lake life Roane has to offer.
